OUR SIGNATURE STEPS TO MATCHMAKE YOUR PLACEMENT WITH SIMPLICITY & SUCCESS
o1. INITIAL MEETING
We work to really understand your business - we’ll talk to determine what's essential and what's desirable for each hire: covering the team dynamics, experience, skillset, necessary qualifications etc. We’ll counsel on salary benchmarking and set a clear timeline of the process with the aim to have the right person in post by our mutually agreed deadline.
o2. LIST POSITION
We'll then create an engaging advertising campaign to attract the appropriate talent to match the unique requirements of each position, making use of a wealth of innovative and tried and tested techniques, as well as job boards to captivate candidate interest. This can either be branded with your company name or kept confidential, depending on your preference.
o3. APPLICATION REVIEW
We will present you with a selection of the best matched applicants who harmonise with your business goals and values, providing a shortlist with accompanying up-to-date CVs along with our feelings as to why each candidate is worthy of consideration. We can go through each person’s application over the phone, face-to-face, or we can forward their details for your deliberation in-house.
Once you’ve shortlisted those you would like to meet, we’ll actively schedule the candidates for you and ensure you have everything necessary to facilitate a smooth first and if applicable, second interview process. If you wish, we can even provide support and guidance on interviewing techniques, appropriate questions and best-practice advice, all included as standard in my service fee.
o5. JOB OFFER
On reflection of your interviews and after selecting the successful candidate, we'll then discuss the terms of the offer of employment. We'll put this forward on your behalf, forming the link between your business and your prospective new team member. Should any finer details or further conversations be required, we will work to streamline the negotiations for an effective and seamless transition.
We'll keep in touch with you and your candidate as needed, during what can sometimes be an anxious interval between resignation and their first day. On-hand for any onboarding counsel and best practice advice, you can reach us whenever you like. We'll catch up periodically during their probationary period to ensure they're settling into their new position well and the transition is evolving smoothly.
