Michelle Denny Recruitment is looking to find a friendly and capable Administrator to join the non-profit organisation Hey Girls in Diss. As always with this enterprise, the working hours are a very refreshing 9.30am – 4.30pm, Monday to Friday and the job comes with a salary of up to £23,000pa.
You’ll be working to support the Contracts and Partnership division, particularly relating to their Public Sector collaborations, so you will hopefully be resourceful and great at multi-tasking when the need arises.
The job is varied and interesting with you aiding the Partnership team with their general administrative processes, including customer liaison, dealing with emails, order entry, delivery query assistance and keeping the data base current.
Of course, you'll need to have experience working within an admin role and as all people interactions are pivotal to the business, you’ll need to have outstanding communication skills. Proficiency when using Microsoft Office 365 and good numeracy are important too.
