Michelle Denny Recruitment have been given the task of finding a super Call Quality Assessor for a Diss based business. This is a full time, Monday to Friday role with hours of 9am – 5.30pm. Salary starts at £24,000pa and is negotiable depending on experience, so if you love listening to other people’s conversations, this could be an interesting opportunity.

This is a completely new position within the organisation; we are looking for someone with a keen ear and who will enjoy ensuring excellent customer service without having to speak with actual customers!

Your main responsibilities:

• Regularly listen to call centre calls to monitor compliance, checking that the relevant laws, regulations, industry & company quality standards are being met.

• You will also be maintaining records of compliance activities, preparing documentation to summarise your findings and report to management, for them to ensure improvements are made as needed.

• Ideally, experience working within a compliance-related field
