Michelle Denny Recruitment is searching to find a Cancellations Administrator for the successful business, Lexham Insurance based in Diss, Norfolk. This role is full time Monday to Friday, and the salary is a negotiable £20,500pa. There are additional bonuses throughout the year as well.
Your role will be assisting with the administration tasks of customer cancellations of their policies which is mainly email focused, so if you love admin but don’t enjoy phone work, this could be a great opportunity for you.
Main Duties
Process policy cancellations, ensuring necessary letters are issued promptly
Ensure refunds are entered on the system correctly
Advise insurers of cancellations & liaising with insurers
Request & issue refund cheques
Keeping policy records up to date on the system
Experience
Accurate keyboard and solid admin and IT skills
Ability to manage own workload
Working hours: weekly rotating shifts of 9am – 5.30pm and 10am – 6.30pm.
