Michelle Denny Recruitment is working with the respected Diss company Managed Occupational Health, who are looking to hire a Clinical Administrator to join their professional team. The role is full time & permanent, with great hours of 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday - 35 hours pw.
This position will suit someone who enjoys working in a support role, whilst being able to manage their own workload. The business offers occupational and welfare services to many national organisations across the UK, so as well as being highly organised, the ability to answer and redirect sensitive incoming calls, is vital, as is strong Microsoft software skills.
Great organisational and IT skills
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to use different forms of communication in a professional and sensitive manner
Taking incoming telephone calls, assisting where possible.
Process referrals received, prepare paper and electronic files and forward to the relevant department.
Preparing Medical Records – sending medical documentation to the Nurse/Clinician in preparation for client assessments.
Checking to ensure reports are received from the Nurse/Clinician, chasing where required and then and passing on to the relevant people.
Maintaining an accurate paper and electronic record of all the work undertaken.
Ensure the database is kept up to date with the progress of a referral/clinic.
Reviewing Administration reports and update any missing information liaising with the client/GPs if additional services have been recommended or requested.
Maintain a great working relationship with the client and assist with the compilation of Management Information report.
