Michelle Denny Recruitment is pleased to be assisting the Ofsted Outstanding accredited Loddon Nursery School with their search for two Part Time Early Years Nursery Practitioners (four days per week) to work within the 2 - 3 year-old room. Located near the borders of Norfolk / Suffolk, close to the lovely East coast, pay is between £10.50 and £11.00 per hour, according to experience. In addition to the 5.6 weeks of annual leave, you’ll also have your birthday off, every year!

The nursery has been consistently led by the passionate owner who has run the school for 30 years, with lots of celebrations planned to commemorate this milestone anniversary.
 

As for all Nursery Practitioners, your day will be a busy one, where you will be helping with all aspects of the room, including:

• Developing nurturing relationships with families and children

• Working within the nursery’s accredited Curiosity Approach      setting

• Assuming the Key Person role

• Observing and ‘In the Moment’ planning

• Providing the children with inspirational, fun and      interesting resources

Experience, Qualifications & Personal Attributes required:

• Recent experience within Early Years education and care

• Knowledge and understanding of EYFS - ideally qualified at      Level 3

• Understanding of Curiosity Approach settings would be useful      (training provided)

• Knowledge of the Tapestry platform would be useful (training      provided)

• Friendly, team-orientated with hopefully, a nice sense of      humour!

Choice of working pattern:

The nursery is open for 50 weeks a year, closing for 2 weeks over Christmas.
Lunch is a 30-minute unpaid break per day.

37.75 hours per week:
Monday - 9.00am - 6.00pm
Tuesday - 7.45am - 6.00pm
Wednesday - 7.45pm - 6.00pm
Thursday - 7.45am - 6.00pm
Friday - DAY OFF

OR

36.25 hours per week:
Monday - 7.45am - 6.00pm
Tuesday - 9.00am - 6.00pm
Wednesday - DAY OFF
Thursday - 7.45am - 5.00pm
Friday - 7.45am - 5.30pm
