Michelle Denny Recruitment is working alongside a newly formed business located in Diss, Norfolk and is looking to find friendly people to join their team of First Notification of Loss (FNOL) Claims Advisors. The hours of work are Monday – Friday 08:00am – 19:00pm on a rota basis, with 1 in 3 Saturdays 09:30 - 15:30pm. Salary is up to £23,000pa depending on experience and has a nice set of benefits.
The company will give you FULL training, so if this is either your first job, or you’ve already started your career, you can be assured of full support throughout.
We are searching for individuals who are friendly, professional, and confident with being the first point of call for all clients, who initially are referrers from insurance brokers, insurance companies, accident management companies and solicitors. You would be responsible for accepting new claims of non-fault or partially disputed road traffic accidents, so it’s important you really enjoying speaking with and helping people to make their claim journeys as smooth as possible.
The main duties for the role would be:
Dealing with all aspects of a new claim from inception to hire provisions including initial correspondence to parties
Communicating with all parties of the claim who are involved in the process
Arranging the safe delivery of credit hire vehicles which are suitable for the to meet the needs of the client
To use the in-house system to keep accurate up to date records, also to follow up any outstanding issues
