Michelle Denny Recruitment is looking for a Key Account Coordinator for a business located in Stowmarket, Suffolk.  Salary is £25,000 - £28,000pa depending on experience, with enhanced holiday entitlement and lots of company benefits. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm.

This role is integral to the operations of this growing national business and you will predominantly be responsible for managing one of the company’s most prominent customers.

In addition to building a strong customer working relationship, you will:

• Provide a first-class customer service, pre-empting and responding to customer changing and sometimes challenging requirements

• Act as first point of contact for your customer, dealing with queries both verbally and via email (with the occasional out of office hours contact if required)

• Project manage and facilitate the delivery, installation and maintenance / service of product across the region

• Deal with maintenance, delivery and implementation issues as they arise

• Ensure product is available and functionally ready for dispatch

• Manage and schedule external and internal labour requirements for delivery and installation

What you’ll need:

• A passionate and driven attitude towards providing excellent customer service again and again

• Experience within an account manager / customer service driven role

• Strong administrational and project management skills with the ability to see tasks through from the beginning to successful conclusion

• A love of being part of a collaborative, dedicated, professional and friendly team

• Good IT skills, with strong attention to detail
