Michelle Denny Recruitment is recruiting for an engaging Learning & Development Manager for a growing business located in the heart of Diss. Salary banding is £35,000-£40,000pa and is a full time, Monday to Friday position.



The company’s Sales Department is a diverse and fast paced environment, so your love of working with people at all stages of their careers, needs to be strong.


Supporting the senior management team, the new role of L&D Manager will take responsibility for:


  • Development & delivery of sales training to both new and current employees

  • Writing of in-house training programmes

  • Management of the onboarding process for new staff additions

  • Compilation of regular reviews for compliance and sales

  • Development of the training and competence scheme, holding coaching with face-to-face, 1:1 and group sessions to increase sales and productivity

  • Enhancement of the compliance training system



You’ll need:


  • An engaging, confident and approachable nature

  • Experience delivering SALES training

  • The ability to write in-house training programmes

  • A full UK driving licence

  • Patience, above all else!
