Michelle Denny Recruitment is working with the successful business Lancaster Gate in Diss, Norfolk and we are searching for an On Hire Advisor. This role is full time Monday - Friday 9am – 17:30pm. Salary is between £22,000 and £23,500 depending on experience and comes with some lovely benefits of which some are listed below:

We are looking for an individual who ideally has some claims experience, has some empathy and who can communicate well with clients to keep them fully up to date on the process of their claim. You must be able to work part of a team to ensure all records are accurate and concise across the business. As well as this you would also have the responsibility of your own workload.

Main duties

• Dealing with all aspects of the claim, from the beginning of the claim until the end of the claim

• Communicating with the client to provide them with an accurate update of the process of the claim. This also includes obtaining documents from the client to assess the claim, so we sign post accurately

• Arranging the recovery and storage of the clients damaged vehicle, chasing updates from engineers and repairers

• Arranging the recovery of uninsured losses – Hire and Repair costs, Excess, Pre-Accident Vehicle Value, Recovery & Storage, Loss of earnings

• The ideal candidate would have a background knowledge of the highway code, however training would be given
