Michelle Denny Recruitment is working alongside the flourishing business, Marble Arch who are looking for a top-notch Personal Injury Claims Adjuster to join their specialist MGA organisation.  The salary is paying up to £29,000pa plus a good range of benefits. This PI role is open to people who wish to work on a hybrid or office based basis.

In a perfect world, you’ll come with experience in Personal Injury claims, from either an insurer or legal practice and ideally be at ease handling your own portfolio. The most important element, however, is YOU - your character and your drive to become an integral part of a growing, technically proficient and happy team is paramount.

A snapshot of your day:

• Validating, investigating and negotiating Third Party Personal Injury claims

• Dealing with MOJ processes, pre-action protocol and litigation procedures

• Assessing and negotiating claims, within agreed authority levels

• Make quick and accurate decisions on liability, quantum and indemnity

• Identify and deal with potentially spurious claims

• Working to provide your clients with the best solutions, products and services (including rehabilitation), giving an outstanding service whilst dealing with their claims
