RECEPTIONIST / ADMINISTRATOR

Michelle Denny Recruitment has an exciting opportunity and are looking to find a Receptionist / Administrator for a small, friendly team in Harleston, on a part time basis. The 21-hour working week is spread over a flexible 3 days (one which needs to be a Friday), with hours of 9am – 5pm. Starting salary is £20,000pa pro rata.
The team is a small one of around five people and you’ll be an integral part of the office’s daily operations. Ideally, you would already have some admin experience and love to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors who walk through the door and call.
Main Duties:
Greeting clients and visitors and helping with their enquiries
Answering and directing incoming calls
Maintaining and scheduling the booking of conference rooms
Ordering office supplies
Scanning, photocopying, faxing and filing documents
General admin duties, supporting the team
Keeping the reception area spic and span!
What you’ll need:
A welcoming and professional manner along with a friendly persona
Administrative/office experience
Confident IT skills
