Michelle Denny Recruitment is seeking to find an experienced Recovery Claims Handler to join Lancaster Gate’s busy team located in Diss, Norfolk. Salary is up to a negotiable £27,000pa, with a monthly performance & attendance related bonus and some lovely benefits on top, some of which are listed below.

We are looking for an individual who can thrive in a fast-working atmosphere within a busy office. This is an exciting role as you will be managing your own case load so you must have experience in Recoveries.

The office is bright, busy, and friendly and your working week will whizz by!

Duties

• Dealing with all aspects of the recovery processes for both Lancaster Gate and the client. This would be mainly telephone based, but sometimes would be via email or written communication.

• Excellent communication with the clients to give them accurate updates of the claims

• The ability to organise and prioritise workload to ensure deadlines are met and to be able to problem solve

Hours are on a weekly rota basis which are:

Monday – Friday

9am - 5.30pm and 10.30am-7pm.

You will also need to work 1 in 3 Saturdays with a shorter day of 9.30am-3.30pm, but with a FULL day off in the week.
