RECRUITMENT MARKETING MANAGER
Michelle Denny Recruitment is working alongside a niche business looking to hire an imaginative individual as their Recruitment Marketing Executive, to craft innovative strategies that attract talent and drive recruitment success. We’re searching for someone with a creative flair and a solid understanding of modern marketing techniques for this interesting, brand-new role. Located at any one of their central Norfolk / Suffolk border offices, the salary package will be discussed in detail on application and will reflect your experience and skill set.
As a Recruitment Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the business' talent acquisition efforts to their full potential. You'll be the storyteller who brings the company culture, values, and opportunities to life, capturing the hearts and minds of potential candidates. Your strategic mindset and creative flair will be instrumental in building and executing effective recruitment marketing campaigns.
Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment marketing strategies that enhance the employer brand and attract candidates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Directors and senior management to create compelling content, including videos, blog posts, social media campaigns, and more.
Manage the online presence on various platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and engaging with potential candidates.
Analyse data and key performance indicators to continuously optimise and refine recruitment marketing efforts.
Plan and participate in industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to expand the talent pool.
Ideally, degree educated in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or similar roles.
Exceptional creativity with the ability to transform ideas into captivating content.
Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and content creation software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
