Michelle Denny Recruitment is collaborating with a Diss law firm to recruit an extra Claims Handler to work within their Road Traffic Accident and PI Claims department. The annual salary is between £25,000 - £28,000, with the flexibility of hybrid working.

Accountable for your own portfolio, you'll have the opportunity to get fully absorbed into your Fast Track cases, handling each claim from its inception to successful completion, so you'll need to be great at juggling and time management.

Ideally you'll have experience using the MoJ Low Value Claims Portal and be able to assess liability along with the amount of damages that could reasonably be awarded to the successful party in each claim.

You'll need to be a good detective too, as you'll be also assessing the validity and honesty of the individual claim.
