Michelle Denny Recruitment is partnering with Openfield in Bressingham, Diss as they are recruiting for a brand-new Store Supervisor. The core working hours are 7am – 4pm, Monday to Friday (additional hours needed for peak harvest) and the salary is £25,000 - £30,000pa with a good benefit package, which will be discussed.

Skills, Personal Specifications & Experience:
You’ll need to enjoy directing and working alongside a diverse workforce
It is essential that you hold a current Forklift certificate (Reach or Counterbalance) and a clean, valid UK driving licence
Experience working in a similar stores role
Ability to diagnose, repair and maintain plant equipment
Can-do, problem solving attitude and able to think ‘on your feet’ when challenges arise (even better, if you can do it with a smile too!)
Happy to work autonomously and accountably, using initiative, common sense and great self/time-management
Reporting to the National Stores Manager, your busy day will include:
Supervising a very small team (which grows with temporary agricultural agency workers during peak harvest times)
Maintaining stock temperatures
Cleaning, emptying and sanitising of sheds
Keeping the immaculate appearance of the site and grounds, overseeing the maintenance of the offices and site
Basic repair and maintenance of plant, including PAT testing
Using the company systems for accurate upkeep of data
