Working alongside Monarch Water in Diss, we are looking for an engaging customer service person who would love to reach out to dormant and warm trade customers to update the database and send out brochures and company literature. There's no cold calling, no KPI's and no targets!

An enjoyment talking and liaising with commercial customers across all walks of life.
Great organisational and personal time-management skills
A good grasp of IT, with attention to detail when keying-in data
Working from an exisiting data base of customers, you'll be contacting trade clients with the aim to re-establish a relationship and update them on new company products and services, through email and chatting on the phone where appropriate. You'll be keeping the system full of information that you've gathered so that the sales team can take it from there.
Working hours are 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday with 30 minutes lunch.

The company provides refreshments and a fully equipped kitchen & dining area (with social distancing followed throughout). There’s a free and spacious on site car park and you're right on the Fair Green, so a lovely place to get outside in your break.
