The Role

As the Administration Team Lead, you’ll be at the heart of the Client Care Team – often the first voice and first impression for clients. You’ll take the lead in ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, helping the team deliver excellent service and keeping performance and morale high. It’s a role where your leadership and organisational flair will really shine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, support and motivate the Client Care Team day to day

  • Manage team performance, workloads, holiday cover and absences

  • Oversee incoming personal injury referrals and make sure tasks are allocated efficiently

  • Deliver training, coaching and regular performance reviews

  • Share team updates and KPIs with senior leadership

  • Build strong working relationships across departments – sharing best practices and exploring new ways of working

  • Ensure the team remains compliant with internal policies and industry regulations

  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners

  • Provide friendly, helpful client support that builds lasting relationships

  • Act as a key holder – opening and closing the office as needed

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous team leadership experience – ideally from a legal, insurance, or client-focused environment

  • Good understanding of industry standards and compliance

  • Excellent communication and client service skills

  • Highly organised and calm under pressure – a true multitasker

  • A natural leader who knows how to coach, guide and inspire others

  • Strong attention to detail and a mindset for continuous improvement

  • A genuine passion for helping others grow and succeed

  • Experience using the MOJ Portal would be a real advantage

The Package

  • A welcoming, inclusive team culture

  • Clear routes for progression and personal development

  • Ongoing support and training

  • Company pension scheme

  • Free on-site parking

  • Employee Assistance Programme offering wellbeing support, counselling and legal advice

This role is a great opportunity to step into a leadership position where you can really make a difference – not only to clients, but to the team around you too.
