Michelle Denny Recruitment is looking for a Client Service Team Manager to join a prestigious London insurance broker. Hybrid working with a salary iro £130,000 - £140,000pa. You’ll be servicing their non marine P&C business from the London and overseas offices, which are located across Europe, Asia & South America.


So, are you a proactive leader with a passion for delivering outstanding client service in the (re)insurance world? We’re looking for a Client Service Team Manager to oversee a dynamic team, ensuring seamless support to brokers and clients across global pre-placement, placement, and post-placement activities.


A snapshot of what you’ll be doing:

  • Leading  a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and supportive  environment.

  • Acting  as a trusted partner to brokers and clients, ensuring timely and accurate  documentation, including slips, cover notes, addenda, and compliance  records.

  • Strengthening business relationships by working closely with brokers, clients, and insurers to drive excellent service delivery.

  • Overseeing the preparation of renewal documentation and statistics to support market      placements.

  • Ensuring regulatory and contract certainty requirements are met, with accurate submissions to Bureau (XIS).

  • Driving continuous improvement in client service strategy, ensuring a seamless experience that supports client retention.

  • Providing hands-on leadership, coaching, and development to help the team reach their full potential.

  • Playing a key role in delivering strategic initiatives that align with broader business goals.


What we’re looking for:

  • Strong experience in insurance client servicing, ideally within a (re)insurance environment.

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all documentation.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with brokers, clients, and market contacts.

  • A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
