Michelle Denny Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well-established shipping business, in their search for a conscientious and enthusiastic Internal Sales Executive to join their expanding team in Mildenhall, Suffolk. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career within a fast-paced, supportive, and international business environment.


Whether you already have sales experience or are looking to take your first step into a sales role, full internal and external training will be provided to help you succeed.

The company are offering a salary of up to £25,000pa + performance related bonuses and your working week will be Monday – Friday


Key Responsibilities:


  • Proactively reach out to leads via phone, email, and other communication channels to generate sales and marketing opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

  • Handle incoming sales enquiries and generate new business opportunities

  • Prepare quotes, process sales orders, and support the external sales team

  • Accurately update and maintain CRM system

  • Work towards sales targets and KPIs

  • Assist the marketing team to create weekly blogs, monthly magazine mass mail shots, social media, and web development.

  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times


About you:


  • A confident and professional communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Task-focused and analytical, with a keen eye for detail

  • A logical thinker who is driven, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and develop.

  • A collaborative team player — organised, friendly, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in sales or customer service would be an advantage, but not essential

  • Willing and motivated to undertake training and grow within the role
