Project Manager

Michelle Denny Recruitment is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join a thriving business in Diss, Norfolk. The salary package is a comfortable £40,000-£45,000pa and carries the opportunity to make your mark in a newly created department.

Ideally, you will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and have the energy for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of critical works, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk management.

• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, operations, and compliance, to ensure successful project delivery.

• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.

• Communicate project status, updates, and changes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

• Foster a collaborative and positive project team environment, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.

• Ensure all projects comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

• Prepare and present project reports and documentation to senior management and stakeholders.

What we need:

• Experience within a project management area.

• A Project Management qualification would be useful.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.

• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work effectively to deadlines.

• Although hybrid working may be an option, this is not a remote role and you should be in comfortably commutable distance to Diss.
