Michelle Denny Recruitment is delighted to be supporting Open Road Norfolk Trust in the search for a Motor Vehicle Trainer / Tutor to work across their King’s Lynn and Thetford centres.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone with hands-on motor vehicle experience who’d like to use their skills in a different way, helping young people build confidence, gain qualifications and take positive next steps.

Working closely with the Curriculum Lead, you’ll deliver practical and classroom-based learning, support IMI accredited training, guide learners through workshop tasks and coursework, and help create a safe, structured and engaging environment where learners can thrive.

We’d love to hear from people with motor trade experience who communicate well, stay calm under pressure and genuinely enjoy helping others progress.

In return:

Salary of £30,000
25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays
Full time preferred, with term time considered
Monday to Friday working pattern

A driving licence is essential due to travel between sites. 

An enhanced DBS will be required upon offer.
