Why I do this.
Michelle Denny Recruitment exists to build belief between people by understanding them fully and helping both sides make confident, well-informed decisions.
I believe recruitment should never reduce people to CVs or bullet points. The right decision only happens when the full picture is understood on both sides.
Who I work with.
I work with business owners with typically fewer than 50 employees - where every hire is business-critical.
In businesses of this size, there’s no hiding place for the wrong fit.
One wrong decision can stall momentum or take the business backwards.
Most of the businesses I support are hiring roles in the £40k–£80k range,
where the impact of the decision is felt across the whole team.
I also work with experienced professionals who are already employed and considering their next move - people who want to be understood as a person, not managed as a CV.

For me, recruitment is all about people; getting to know those looking for a new adventure or nurturing relationships with company leaders to become a valuable addition to their teams. It’s not always easy of course, but I’ve an easy-going philosophy on life and my love of working among people has helped to carve our own business values. My team and I provide enthusiasm, guidance and a sincere, agile and proactive service to streamline the process of looking for a new role or new hire.
