Michelle Denny Recruitment is working with Jackamans Solicitors in Diss to find an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join their team.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys the very human side of Private Client work - getting to know clients, helping them through important and sometimes difficult decisions, and building relationships that often continue for many years.

Jackamans has a settled and experienced Private Client team and is looking for someone who can bring their own experience to it, manage their matters confidently and become a valued part of the firm for the longer term.

The role

You’ll manage your own varied Private Client caseload, working directly with clients and their families across matters including:

• Wills

• Probate and estate administration

• Lasting Powers of Attorney

• Trusts and related Private Client matters

There’s plenty of client contact, so this will suit someone who enjoys building relationships as much as they enjoy the technical side of the work.

You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own matters, while working as part of an experienced team around you.

Who could suit the role?

Jackamans is interested in finding the right level of experience rather than somebody who ticks every possible box.

You may be a Solicitor, Legal Executive or an experienced Private Client professional with a strong grounding in this area of law.

What matters is that you’re comfortable managing your own caseload, have good experience across the core areas of Private Client work and can build trust and rapport with clients.
