JOB DETAILS

Residential Conveyancer

Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer

Diss, Norfolk
£45,000 - £60,000 depending on experience

Not every law firm feels the same. Some are driven by volume and targets. Others are built around long term client relationships, supportive colleagues and giving people the autonomy to do what they do best.

Jackamans Solicitors has earned its reputation across Norfolk and Suffolk by taking the second approach.

With approachable partners, experienced secretarial support and a team where people genuinely enjoy working together, it's a firm where careers are built over the long term. Low staff turnover speaks for itself.

Michelle Denny Recruitment is delighted to be supporting Jackamans in the search for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join the Diss office. This opportunity has arisen as part of a planned succession, giving you the chance to work alongside a long serving colleague before taking ownership of an established and varied residential property caseload.

If you're looking for a role where you'll be trusted to manage your own work, supported when you need it and encouraged to develop your career, this could be exactly what you're looking for.

What you'll be doing

• Managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Building lasting relationships with clients, estate agents and other professionals.
• Providing clear, practical advice throughout the conveyancing process.
• Playing an important part in the continued success of the department.

What you'll bring

You'll already have solid residential conveyancing experience, whether as a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.

Just as importantly, you'll enjoy working collaboratively, value excellent client care and be looking for somewhere you can settle, contribute and grow.

What's on offer

• £45,000 - £60,000 depending on experience.
• Established caseload.
• Planned handover and succession.
• Strong secretarial support.
• Genuine autonomy.
• Friendly, approachable partners.
• Long term career prospects within a respected local firm.

If you've been wondering whether there's a better place to build the next stage of your legal career, we'd love to tell you more.
