MY 6 SIGNATURE STEPS TOWARDS YOUR DREAM JOB - SIMPLE!

o1. APPLICATION

My job application process is designed to be quick and simple.  Without any complicated forms, you’ll simply be asked to provide a few basic details and upload your up-to-date CV to complete the process. Be sure to take a look at my free resources for tips on submitting a positive application. Once you’ve hit 'submit', you’ll receive a confirmation email that it has safely landed in my inbox. 

o2. REVIEW

When your application matches your selected job brief, or any other upcoming opportunities, we’ll arrange to talk to discover those all-important details that make up a fulfilling work/life balance: such as salary expectations, ideal locations, working hours, your skills, career development goals, desired company ethos and working environment, plus what you aspire to for your next career move.

o3. INTRODUCTIONS

We’ll then explore some options and together agree on the roles that could suit you. Following an audit of your CV, I’ll introduce you to the businesses that have opportunities matching your experience and skillset, forwarding your application on in a way that's clear, complete and sincere whilst supporting you with an engaging endorsement in my recommendation for you and all that you hope to be as part of their team.

o4. INTERVIEW

I'll schedule in your meeting and conscientiously guide you through the process with full pre-interview details, advice and support at whatever level you need, ensuring your confidence and performance are at their best for when the time comes. Don't forget to read through my free job-search resources in the meantime for useful tips and information to assist you with common questions and those first impressions!

o5. FEEDBACK

An essential part of my process, irrespective of the final outcome, is feedback.  You’re likely to want to know how you did and how you came across, and although companies often vary with the level of post-interview feedback they’re able to give, I’ll encourage them to provide as much detail as possible so you can learn and grow for next time.  Should an offer of employment be extended, congratulations! - I’ll be the link between you and the business until the finer details have been settled upon.

o6. YOUR FIRST DAY

With your start date confirmed and your new desk plant on its way, we'll keep in touch and I'll be here for support during that restless interval between resignation and your first day. In no time at all , you'll be excitedly ready for your next chapter and the warm welcome of your new team – I’ll be here in the background if you need to talk during those early days and I'll give you a quick call to say hello and see how you're settling in. Great work! You did it!
