If you’re naturally curious, enjoy problem-solving, and like the idea of learning practical skills while gaining a recognised qualification, this could be an excellent first step into engineering and manufacturing.
The Opportunity
This apprenticeship offers a blend of hands-on workplace learning and formal study, typically including one day per week at college.
You’ll develop valuable technical knowledge while building real-world experience within a supportive manufacturing environment.
What you’ll be learning
• Quality control and inspection techniques
• Measurement principles (metrology)
• ISO quality systems and procedures
• First-off and in-process inspections
• Standards for incoming goods
• Cross-department collaboration
What you’ll gain
