Michelle Denny Recruitment is working in partnership with Cellice, an independent and growing manufacturer and supplier of dry ice products supporting food, pharmaceutical and life sciences environments, to recruit a Business Development Executive. This role can be offered on either a part time or full time basis, depending on what works best for the successful candidate and the experience they bring. The role will carry a FTE salary iro £40,000 - £50,000pa.
About the Role
This is an opportunity to join a growing business and play a visible part in its continued development. The role focuses on building new relationships, developing opportunities and supporting customers who rely on high-quality, time-critical cooling solutions. You’ll work from the office just outside Bury St Edmunds, with time out visiting customers, giving you a good balance of structure and variety in your working week.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Developing new business opportunities across relevant industries
• Building trusted, long-term relationships with customers
• Managing enquiries, quotations and follow ups through to conversion
• Keeping on top of opportunities through a clear and organised sales pipeline
About You
This role would suit someone who’s comfortable working in quality-critical, regulated environments, such as food manufacturing or distribution, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, laboratories or temperature-controlled supply chains. Just as important as experience is your ability to build relationships, understand customer needs and represent a specialist product professionally.
You’re Likely to Be Someone Who
Enjoys developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
Is organised, commercially aware and proactive
Is comfortable working both in the office and out visiting customers
Holds a full UK driving licence
