Working closely with the CEO, this senior leadership role offers the opportunity to contribute to a purpose-driven environment, strengthening organisational effectiveness, operational performance, and culture.

This is a broad, hands-on position with influence across operations, people, governance, and compliance.


Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational and organisational leadership
• Strengthen internal processes, controls, and systems
• Support financial oversight, budgeting, and reporting
• Oversee governance, compliance, and risk
• Lead, support, and develop staff and volunteers
• Embed a collaborative, inclusive culture
• Translate strategic priorities into delivery


About You

You will be an experienced senior leader who combines operational strength with a people-centred, values-driven approach.

• Senior leadership or operational management experience
• Financial and governance awareness
• Experience working within a charity, not-for-profit, CIC, or community setting


You’ll bring:

• Proven senior management experience
• Strong operational and organisational leadership skills
