Complex Claims Handler

Michelle Denny Recruitment is pleased to support Marble Arch in their search for a skilled Complex and Large Catastrophic Personal Injury (PI) Claims Adjuster.

This role, based in their Diss office just minutes from the railway station, offers the opportunity to manage high-value and challenging personal injury claims. With a salary of up to £40k and the flexibility of hybrid working, this is an excellent opportunity for those passionate about claims management.

About the Role:

As a Complex and Large Catastrophic PI Claims Adjuster, you will manage a demanding caseload of complex and high-value Personal Injury claims. Your expertise will be essential in conducting thorough investigations into indemnity, liability, and quantum, ensuring the best possible outcomes for each case.

You will work closely with the Panel Solicitors to develop effective strategies, particularly for catastrophic or multi-track claims exceeding £100k. Your role requires strong negotiation skills and meticulous attention to detail, as you assess claims within agreed authority levels while maintaining a commercially savvy approach.

Role Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing catastrophic or multi-track claims exceeding £100k

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to challenge effectively where needed

• Solid understanding of industry procedures, products, and services within the Insurance sector
