In this senior role, you will oversee an extensive caseload of complex, multi-track, and catastrophic personal injury claims exceeding £100k. Your strategic expertise in indemnity, liability, and quantum assessments will be pivotal in achieving optimal resolutions. Collaborating closely with leading Panel Solicitors, you will develop robust litigation and settlement strategies, ensuring commercially astute decision-making.

• Proven expertise in handling catastrophic or high-value multi-track Personal Injury claims (£100k+)

• Exceptional negotiation skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence outcomes effectively.
