Michelle Denny Recruitment is partnering with a fast growing insurance company in Diss to find Customer Service Advisors to help form a new team, starting mid-November. Salary is £26,000pa with OTE £28,000+.

If you enjoy talking to people, keeping busy and delivering great service, this could be a brilliant opportunity to start or grow your career in insurance.

What you’ll do:
Take inbound calls and chat with customers about their insurance needs
Gather details to prepare accurate quotes and policies
Recommend products that fit each customer’s situation
Provide excellent service that keeps people coming back

You don’t need insurance experience – full training and support are provided. 

What matters is your friendly phone manner, accuracy and confidence in a customer-focused role.

The working hours:
Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 7 pm (approx 7.5 hours a day)
Saturday, 9.30 am – 4.30 pm (every other, with a full weekday off)
Average 37.5 hours per week. Optional overtime available.
