Customer Service Advisor (Client Care)

Do you enjoy helping people and making their experience as smooth as possible? If you’re organised, confident on the phone, and have a natural way of putting people at ease, this role may be for you. We’re looking for a Client Care Advisor to join a friendly, professional team in Diss. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through the early stages of their personal injury claim and making sure everything runs smoothly from the very start.

This is a busy role with lots of variety as one moment you’ll be speaking with a new client, the next you’ll be gathering key details, checking documents, arranging appointments, or liaising with colleagues.

Above all, you’ll be making sure clients feel supported, understood, and well looked after.

What you’ll be doing:

Welcoming new clients and guiding them through the first steps of their claim

Handling enquiries – both inbound and outbound – in a friendly and professional way

Collecting and checking key information and documents

Supporting colleagues by keeping client files and systems up to date

Working closely with the wider team to ensure a seamless service

What we’re looking for:

Great people skills and a reassuring phone manner

A background in professional services, legal, insurance, or customer care (though transferable skills are welcome)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling information

Confidence in juggling priorities in a busy environment

A real team player who thrives in a supportive environment

The essentials:

Location: Diss, Norfolk

Salary: £26,000 pa

Contract: 6 or 12 month fixed term
