Why this role?
Flexible part-time hours – 3 days / 16.5 hours per week, with flexibility on days and times

Meaningful impact – You’ll support the MD directly and play a key role in client care, compliance and business operations
What you’ll be doing:
Acting as the first point of contact for client queries and calls
Managing and maintaining accurate client records and onboarding new clients
Preparing clear reports and documentation for meetings
Liaising with providers, reviewing files and risk reports
Supporting diary management, compliance processes and general business administration
What we’re essentially looking for:
Solid experience in financial services (pensions/investments a real advantage)
Strong MS Office 365 skills; familiarity with Intelligent Office or Dynamic Planner
Highly organised, detail-oriented and confident working independently
