Weekly Rotating Shifts - Monday to Friday
6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm

Michelle Denny Recruitment is recruiting for a Production Operative role with a well established manufacturing business based in Diss.

This is a hands on opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, being part of a team and taking pride in doing a job well. You’ll help keep production running smoothly, maintain quality standards and support day to day operations in a busy manufacturing setting.

What you’ll be doing

• Operating and visually monitoring production processes

• Working to set procedures and safety standards

• Checking quality and reporting any issues quickly

• Maintaining a clean, organised work area

• Supporting smooth handovers between shifts

• Assisting with wider production duties when needed

What we’re looking for

• Previous manufacturing or production experience would be helpful

• Good reliability and timekeeping

• Strong attention to detail

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Someone comfortable with rotating shifts
