Senior Conveyancer - Residential Property
Diss, Norfolk
£45,000 - £60,000 depending on experience, plus package
Some legal vacancies need filling.
This one needs the right person.
Jackamans Solicitors is looking to appoint a Senior Conveyancer to join its Diss office as part of the planned succession of a long-standing and highly respected member of the team, who will retire at the end of the year.
For the right person, this is an opportunity to step into an established and well regarded local practice where residential property work remains a core part of the business, client relationships genuinely matter and the role offers the chance to become part of the longer term future of the department.
The focus is very much on residential conveyancing, and Jackamans is open to speaking with Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers and experienced non-qualified conveyancers who can manage a caseload confidently and independently.
Some commercial property experience would be welcomed, but it is by no means essential.
More important is finding someone with strong technical ability, good judgement and the appetite to become a trusted part of a close-knit team at a pivotal point in its development.
This is not a line management role from day one, but it could absolutely suit someone who is looking for more than simply a comfortable caseload and who wants to build real influence over time within a respected East Anglian firm.
What we're looking for
Strong residential conveyancing experience
The ability to manage a caseload with confidence and minimal supervision
A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced non-qualified conveyancer
A personable, credible and client-focused approach
Someone who sees the value in continuity, long-standing relationships and being part of a team for the long haul
In return
Salary of £45,000 - £60,000, depending on experience
Package to be discussed
The opportunity to join a well established and highly regarded local firm
A genuine succession opportunity within the residential property team
The chance to become a trusted and long term part of the business
