Vehicle Inspector - now filled

Michelle Denny Recruitment is partnering with a busy vehicle processing operation in Mildenhall to recruit a Vehicle Inspector on a 6 month fixed term contract.

Mildenhall, Suffolk
£12.71 per hour
Full Time | 6 Month Fixed Term Contract
Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm

If you're someone who notices the small details, enjoys working around vehicles, and takes pride in doing a job properly, this could be an excellent opportunity. No previous inspection experience is required, as full training will be provided.

You'll play an important role in preparing vehicles for shipment, carrying out inspections, recording vehicle condition, taking photographs, and ensuring vehicles meet required standards before they leave site.

What you'll be doing

• Inspecting vehicles internally and externally

• Recording vehicle condition and any damage

• Taking photographs to support inspections

• Checking vehicles meet shipping requirements

• Ensuring vehicles are clean and presentable

• Providing a professional and friendly service to customers

• Supporting the wider operations team as required

• Following safety procedures and company processes at all times

What we're looking for

• A keen eye for detail

• A positive and reliable approach to work

• Good communication and customer service skills

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A clean, valid driving licence and confidence driving manual vehicles

• Previous customer service experience would be helpful, but isn't essential

No previous vehicle inspection experience is required as full training will be provided.
