Michelle Denny Recruitment is delighted to be supporting TGL in the search for a Vehicle Processing Centre Manager (Operations) to lead its Mildenhall-based operation.

This is a varied, hands-on management role with responsibility across people, logistics, compliance, customer relationships and operational performance. Reporting into both UK leadership and European HQ, you'll play a key role in ensuring vehicles move efficiently through the processing centre whilst maintaining the high standards expected by customers and stakeholders.

Leading a small team, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of the site, coordinate shipments, manage third-party contractors, maintain compliance and quality standards, and ensure contractual commitments are consistently met. You'll also have responsibility for budgets, transport costs, reporting and continuous operational improvement.

The successful candidate will bring previous experience from logistics, warehousing, transport, manufacturing or operational management, together with strong organisational skills and a practical, people-focused approach. Bonded warehouse experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

This opportunity could suit an experienced manager seeking a fresh challenge, or an ambitious supervisor or team leader ready to take the next step into a broader management role.

The package includes:

• £30,000 - £32,000 salary, with flexibility for the right person

• Monday to Friday working hours, 8am - 5pm
