Michelle Denny Recruitment is delighted to be working with CAM Legal Services in Diss who are looking for a Client Care Advisor – this opportunity will enable you to embark on a professional career with a starting salary of £25,000pa. This full-time, permanent role offers you the scope to put your administration and customer service skills to great use within an expanding, reputable Personal Injury Solicitor business. We’re particularly seeking an enthusiastic individual who flourish on customer interaction and embraces varied communication channels.

As part of the close-knit and friendly Client Care team, your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with incoming callers to gather and verify client information.

• Collaborating with medical and rehabilitation partners to progress cases.

• Providing regular updates to clients regarding significant milestones and arranging appointments.

• Communicating with witnesses and other parties.

• Demonstrating strong organisational skills to effectively manage and prioritise your caseload.

• Identifying and addressing potentially invalid claims.

• Establishing and nurturing relationships with internal and external partners.

• Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills in an empathetic way, as some clients will be going through personally challenging times.

• Confidently expressing yourself both verbally and in writing.
