It was great to see so many new faces at our Diss Business Forum event last Thursday


We're so proud of how our community network is evolving and strengthening. 


A special thank you to Amy Griffiths from Citizens Advice Diss, Thetford & District for sharing the profound impact their organisation has on our community.

With an annual operating cost of approximately £600,000, they deliver services valued at over £20 million, showcasing an incredible return on investment for community support.


We were all moved by a powerful video featuring volunteers sharing their personal motivations, the ‘why’ stories were often sad yet truly inspiring that underscore the importance of their work. 


Additionally, hearing from Bev Kembery about "The Shelf" community shop and the extensive reach of their pop-up shops in remote village halls was astounding. The number of households supported across our region is a shocking really. But thank goodness for CADAT! 


Moments like these remind us to pause and appreciate how fortunate we are.
